Week 1:
7th - 11th Nov 2022
From the 7th November to the 2nd December each class rose to the challenge of taking a movement break each day. Movement breaks are great fun while helping us to concentrate, focus and stay healthy! The breaks took many forms from running and walking to dances and exercises, sometimes indoors, sometimes outdoors. Being active was the aim!
